This maxi is a dark blue in color and is so cute. Fabric 95% Polyester & 5% spandex, it will need to be ironed before wearing or throw in the dryer. Ankle length, V-Neck, sort sleeved with a criss cross tie in the back to adjust for you perfect fit. Direct from manufacturer, still in packaging & inspected by me. Smoke free home. wilde_eyes It's a very pretty dress! But you said it runs small but because of the material do you think it makes up for it running small. Basically does the waist and bust have stretchiness to it? And did you measure it laying flat?

yoshie2018 @wilde_eyes I used the measurements from the manufacturer. If you want me to take measurements laying flat let me know what size you are interested in and I will be more than happy to get them to you. No stretchiness to the fabric.

wilde_eyes @yoshie2018 wait a minute is the material truly 95% spandex? Because if so that's the stretchiest material there is how in the world does it have no stretch to it.
