ljhanchett @thirdeyechakra7 Size 5 has a 22-inch waist and is 23 inches from shoulder to hem. Size 4 is 22-inch waist and is 22 inches long from shoulder to hem. I also have this sunflower dress in a sun dress that is elasticized at the chest and that is 18-inches at the chest and the length is about the same. Hope this helps!
