Is this open deep in the front? Do you need to wear a tank/cami underneath?

@jenga2012 yes the opening is deep & I wore a light grey tank (matching the tailored pants that I purchased with it) the one time it was worn. There is a clasp for closure & I assume a 2'nd one could be added.
