Beautiful piece which I believe has been altered. It appears as though someone replaced the chain with a beautiful heavier weight piece since the chain component is signed 925 Italy and the CZ pendant component is signed 925 China CZ. Total weight is also 10grams...these types of necklaces often have very thin chains. Chain Measures 16". Necklace is in very good condition. P41
