kedmonds94 @dawnplattenburg sort of... maybe? Not really.. I wore it as more of a long crop top with a bandeau underneath & high waisted jeans/shorts. It also has the big statement bell sleeves. I would not consider it like a cardigan. A cardigan has more of a traditional look and is usually light knit sweater type material. This is like a cute blouse you can dress up or down. Hope that helps
