Is this lipstick or rouge. I only ask bc you mention rouge as well. I love soft coral/orange/apricot type colors as long as they aren’t too bright and not matte. Could you let me know the color you see and if ever swatched your arm what color did you get bc I don’t want it too light that it’s like odd looking. Thx
