Jacket and skirt designed by ICS costume designers, purchased in San Antonio in the 80's. Authetic vintage denim-rocker style with studs and sequins. scalloped hem=waist is 28 in and skirt is 32 in long-jacket is ample sized for a med.No missing studs or sequins, a lot of hand sewn art work. Kept in a cloth bag, worn very little. There is some discoloration , I am sure it could be taken care of-I decided not to touch it.

judystyles28 No, but the waist is 27 inches. It has a waist band that is 3 in wide in front and tapers to 2 in and has belt loops The belt really doesn't go with skirt.
