These palm leaf plates are made of the fallen leaves of the arcea palm. The plates are cut out of the middle of the plam leaf & pressed into shape by heat. Think of a cookie cutter - one palm leaf gives a couple of big plates and several small items. 25 pieces Each plate is inspected & the rims are grinded to ensure a smooth surface. nylaoliver @alirocks4u Hi there! Thank you for stopping by my closet. They’re actually very sturdy. I have used them several times and washed them to reuse in my household for several days. Although for parties I used them like paper plates and get compliments from the guests bc it’s eco friendly. Not sure if I answered your question.
