*NWT* Charlotte Russe peplum dress

BEAUTIFUL Pale pink peplum dress with halter neck and open lace back. Has a nice zipper. ***Please see pictures! (Inside lining only)Has some sewing marks and removed stitches puckering. I was planning to alter this dress to sew in a bra but decided not to. The dress has never been worn, and so it's original tag is still attached. It's in NEW condition! Make me an offer!
