Good afternoon. I was just trying to shoot you a message privately but it’s not allowing me to do so. I purchased a few beautiful chains from you. One of which I just put on for the first time and realized the lobster clasp is broken it’s stuck open I can shoot you a picture of it if needed. @jendes1 I am willing to help with the chains and anything you need from my closet. I am currently not making deals because Silver went up over 60% on this month, and it seems to keep going up during this year. On the other hand, I have several solutions for the chain. That is why, I tell you to do the bundle. In that way, we can discuss it privately.

@jendes1 I know that I always make sure that everything is in great condition before I send it. If something is wrong, I will always say it on the post or I will message the buyer. We cannot do a return, and I don't have more of those chains. I have the same style but thicker. I was thinking to provide you with a new claps in the next purchase. You would be able to fix it yourself or a jewelry guys, and it won't be to expensive.
