NWT Dickies Utility Mini Skirt

PLEASE MESSAGE BEFORE BUYING This is by far the cutest skirt I own!! It is so stylish and trendy and I love the red with the white stitching. Sadly, the skirt is too big on me and needs a new home!! I am selling it at a discounted price!! They are NWT and have the cute dickies patch I only have one skirt but I listed as multiple for exposure so please compare measurements! They are tagged a size 1/25 but fit a 27 or 28 inch waist. The belt also allows the skirt to fit smaller waist sizes!
