tsoltera @ysabeldelmy oh yes ma’am it’s 100% authentic and I just got an email from LV that said they will call me as soon as they receive my package to go over the details. I sent it to the Fort Worth location because that is the closest door to where I live, but the lady I spoke with when I first called said they tell people it could take anywhere from 2 to 8 weeks.

tsoltera @ysabeldelmy She said she has only heard of a handful of times that it actually took 8 weeks, but it’s because they might have to order a part, but with mine all of the parts are there so they won’t have to order anything. It is just replacing the leather straps. As soon as I hear from them, I will message you and let you know so you know what is going on.

tsoltera @ysabeldelmy I added another pic and circled the piece I broke. Of course that is not the actual broken one, it is on the other side of the purse, but I didn’t have a picture of that side and since I mailed it off already I can’t take a new picture
