Pinup Girl Clothing Brush Stroke Doris skirt XL

Circle skirt “Doris” by Pinup Girl Clothing/ Pinup Couture Size XL Item has been loved, I bought it used but never wore it myself. There is some light fading to the fabric and un-noticeable until you search for it; there is a yellow stain? between 2 of the brush strokes (pic). I have not tried cleaning it as again, I have not even worn it myself. Waist measures approx 17” flat across. No belt. Zips up in back.
