Straps are adjustable you can tie them however you want. The actual dress is long but you scrunch it to whatever length you want & just tie it. M; 12 inches across the breast. 18.5 inches across the hips L; 12.5 inches across the breast. 19.5 inchess across the hips. Please keep in mind its wide at the hips because it supposed to be loose.
