1980s does 1950s new with tags beautiful mint green/ blue dress with a full and flowy skirt by Tjuniors. This has shoulder pads but they can be taken out if not wanted. Marked a size 9/10 but fits like a small medium. Styled on my medium sized mannequin. Soft and slightly stretchy/ shear material. Petticoat not included. 24-30 inch waist, 35-43 inch bust.
