These are a very nice pair of shorts for a woman done in blue with a beautiful floral print. These are the style (city shorts) by the gap and they have a 3 inch inseam with mid rise and some stretch. They are 97% cotton and 3% spandex. Size 16: waist is 19 inches across the front Size 18: waist is 20 inches across the front Size 20=Waist is 21 Inches across the front lying flat.
