Roberta Navy Blue Ruffle Dress Juniors Size L

Navy blue dress, worn once. Black belt has silver accents. Inner lining is stretchy, outer layer has ruffles on the skirt. Chest has padding for shape and some support. Has a rubbery piece that goes around the front of chest to keep it from sliding down. 26" armpit to hem. Belt is 2.5" wide. 19" bottom of belt to hem. Top of chest to top of belt is 4" at its smallest (by armpit) and 5.5" at its largest (down the cups in the chest). 15" across the belt laying flat but stretches to about 18".
