tkeeper @jessicasonoma We are so sorry for the delayed response. We were swamped yesterday with orders and have limited personnel. We looked at the Dooney & Bourke handbag. The markings appear to be stretchmarks or veining. This is a previously owned handbag. I did not see the spot above the buckle
