Off-Shoulder Striped Maxi Dress

NWOT. Never worn except to try on. I bought for family photos but went with something else. The top hem is elastic to stretch around your chest and the back is also stretchy. There is a zipper hidden on the side and fake "sleeves" that wrap around the upper arms. SO cute! Stripes are white and navy. Free from stains, rips, or smells.
