Vineyard Vines Navy Blue Blouse

This is a beautiful navy blue Vineyard Vines blouse with unique white stitching all along the front. It has three quarter length sleeves with elastic along the cuff. It was only worn once or twice and is in perfect condition :) This piece also would be great in an office setting! size 4
