christybleu @havesomeflair hi! The skirt has an elastic back and has a just a bit of stretch. The relaxed fit is in regards to the skirt. The hip area is a fitted and depending on your body shape, choosing the right size is very important. What is your size in jeans and body shape? Can you provide measurements and I will confirm exactly which size would be perfect for you.

christybleu @ellzina1996 The medium would fit a 27 waist with some room to stretch in the waist. A small will fit up to a size 27. If you’re a size 4 or 27in waist and looking for a little extra stretch in the waist, I suggest a Med. as the skirt does run on the smaller size.
