This dress either runs really small or can fit very snuggly. The fabric is very soft, stretches well, and hangs well. It is one long sleeve with side cutouts above and below the waistband. The waistband is 12.5 inches across the back before it’s stretched. The skirt is 31.5 inches long. At the hips before stretched is approximately 16 inches.
