jeanine_r_1999 @platyandthebug I’m new to Poshmark and only had one set which I sold yesterday. I’ve learned multiple of one size posts kinda appears as multiple posts. I’m sorry for the confusion.

platyandthebug I am so sorry this is such a nightmare for you. I do not sell on this site, but I do on others, and it is very confusing at first to figure out how to list everything and ship it, etc. Most people are pretty understanding though so hang in there!

platyandthebug Hi Jeanine. I know that there were a lot of issues with this order so I just want to verify that the bras were shipped. When I look under my purchases, it shows they are still waiting to be scanned in by the carrier. Please advise if they have been shipped. Thank you!

jeanine_r_1999 @platyandthebug hi I don’t know what to tell you as the wrong person sent your order was contacted by Poshmark and sent a upss label to send back to me. She received my order Monday and crickets. I’m very frustrated with Poshmark and not being able to speak with anyone to get this resolved in a TIMELY manner. My error yes but this is ridiculous

platyandthebug O.k., so you did not ever send the price to me. They were sent to the wrong person? I am so sorry that you have to go through all of this, and that Poshmark is not being helpful. I assume the person who received them is not going to return them, as they paid for them and probably think it’s a valid sale. I guess we should wait a few more days to see if they actually do come back to you and if they don’t at that point, You should probably cancel my sale.

jeanine_r_1999 @platyandthebug see I posted it twice in error since my posting had quantities of same size. Being new I had no idea but two people made the purchase. Poshmark emailed info on two winners and I accidentally printed label for order the second “purchaser” which Poshmark had canceled. It’s a mess. She has not shipped back and has had label since Monday

platyandthebug I am so sorry. I assure you that it will get easier. Think of it as a learning experience - you learned something new about posting ;) While I would have loved the jogbras, I do understand that all of us make mistakes. Worst case, if she doesn't send them back, Poshmark won't refund her money and you can cancel my order. No problem. We'll give her a few more days to ship.
