Absolutely beautiful! High-low bottom with a white lace looking top that's lined. Criss cross adjustable straps hook on the side & the bottom has a built-in slip. Elastic back with hidden zipper. This is directly from the manufacturer, still in packaging & inspected by me. Smoke free home. Measurements available upon request of actual dress. Chart is in Centimeters so please convert to inches. 100% Polyester, the bottom looks like chiffon. Questions and reasonable offers welcomed.
