NWOT VINTAGE JP ALLEN Womens XS Burgundy Full Length Wool Blend Dress Coat This is a BEAUTIFUL Vintage dress coat.  It feels like felt.  I believe it has never been worn.  It is vintage and has an old manufacturer's union tag inside.  The lining zips in and buttons inside the sleeves.
