The size says 110 which is a 3/4 per the manufacturer. In the picture my daughter is wearing the dress at 4 to 5 years old. It's cute but it would for sure fit a 3 to 4 year old better. The bow is removable. The back is lace. The bottom has alot of tulle. This dress is so cute!
