Gorgeous 60’s/70s blue tea length dress made in Toronto by House of Nu Mode in amazing condition. I love the romantic wispy sleeves and the blouson torso. The material gathers really beautifully at the waist and accentuates an hourglass figure. The waist is elastic and stretchy, so could fit a small to medium. See below for exact measurements.
