Navy and White Polka Dot Button Up Top

This navy top with while polka dots is in good used condition. It is sheer. The sleeves can be worn rolled up or down and the bottom can be tied in a knot or buttoned all the way down. It runs just a little big in my opinion. No noticeable holes or flaws. Feel free to comment with questions.
