I am actually looking for a horse riding pant with a long rise for comfort (pelvic injury), and I love the gaucho skirt look of these. Are there actual pants underneath and is the outer skirt split in the back like culottes? 🤔 Is the fabric stretchy?

@wildandwestern this is a long skirt in back, with a separate pant leg, so if you pull up back skirt you have pant legs.
