mzdymond @ashleysbbjj Why didn’t you place the eyeshadow in protective plastic wrap. This was so disappointing for me. The picture did more justice the. The actually item.

ashleysbbjj @mzdymond I’m so sorry the palette arrived like this! It had the protective sheet over the eyeshadows and was it’s in original box. I’ve never had any of my items arrived damaged. I would contact your post office for the handling of your packages!!! I’m terribly sorry.

mzdymond @ashleysbbjj You didn’t protect the package from your end it should of been in a bubble mailer to prevent damage when you mail it out. The little plastic that covers the eye shadow palette comes with all makeup palettes. Mailed or in store purchase. You should want your customer to receive their item as you listed.
