shopping_1000 @copycat51 i cannot find anywhere a material tag. All of the tags on the skirt I had already shared pics. It’s a fairly thick velvet but still soft. Waist measures 13.5” flat. Hips 19” flat. Skirt measures 23”. There is a matching jacket which I listed separately if you are interested in both.
