Ladies black Steve Madden size 10 broken in shoes

Ladies black quilted broken in size 10 Comfy Steve Madden Shoes. Still has a lot of wear left. Just needs to be cleaned up a bit. I have a cast on my arm and can’t do it. Check out 2nd to last photo, the silver piece on back of 1 shoe is missing. If u go to a Steve Madden store, they usually can insert it free of charge.
