Approx. 18" across waist laid flat. Rise is 9 1/4". Inseam is approx 36". Width across leg at ankle is approx. 8".

Can you lay the pants flat & measure across the waist to see if its a true size 38"? European size 38" isn't the same as an American 38" also can you measure the seat/Rise & the leg width. Do they have some stretch or no?
