Black Deb Dress

All black dress from Deb. Has a mostly open back; straps cross in the back to form a bow. Front has sheer mesh at the top of the dress. Bottom has slight frill to it; doesn’t fall straight/flat against the leg like a pencil skirt or bodycon dress. Length is around mid-thigh. Material is somewhat stretchy (95% polyester, 5% spandex).
