EUC Chelsea & Theodora Blouse L

This is a great blouse, I'm so sad it doesnt fit how I hoped. It has tiedye vibe meets layers & ruffles with linen like cotton. The scoop neck might make it great for a night out. The 3/4 sleeves are elastic. 3 layers of ruffle. One top layer unattached & the 2 lower that are attached. This is literally in new condition. No blemishes & any loose thread is just the material.
