Blue & White Striped Shortsleeve Blouse w/ Pompoms

This top is in great condition. It's only been worn a few times. The neckline is stretchy and it can be worn on or off the shoulders. The sleeves are trimmed in adorable white pompom tassels. The tag says medium, a small can easily wear it as well.
