This was purchased at a vintage store in downtown LA. It is labeled Perry Ellis size 10 but it fits like a 6 and I do not think it is brand name. Waist - 14 inches across Length - 32.5 inches Fits super cute and it is a great edition to any wardrobe but I believe it has been mistagged by the vintage store to get more money.
