queenb2022 Hello, once the label is printed with the address provided by the buyer, I have zero access to tracking number. I don’t understand where the one star rating comes in place when I mailed out the item and have zero control on the shipping address that are provided by the buyers. Try contacting Poshmark maybe they can help you with this situation.

csykesl @queenb2022 Hi, I’m sorry I had no idea how to contact you I am so new at this platform. I was afraid if I gave full stars I would not have recourse to prove I didn’t receive with the shipping carrier. Of course once resolved I will change. The address that was in there was a temp address from when I was working a job in another state. Very much my fault for not catching that. But without carrier info I am at a loss...

queenb2022 @csykesl I messaged Poshmark, let see what they say about the situation (on providing the tracking number). You would also have to contact Poshmark to update new address. In addition you should ask on the matter as well.

csykesl @queenb2022 thank you, I sent a message to Poshmark as well. I also called the location it was shipped, it was a hotel in LVL, Kentucky that I was in residence at temporarily while doing a production job back in Sept. They did not receive it (ie, nothing for me in the holding area for received parcels) Without the carrier info I’m really not sure what to do at this point...
