It is 100% wool so you may want to wear something underneath :) It is not the itchiest wool I have felt, I have another irish sweater in my personal closet that is much itchier lol but i wear it all the time on cold days with a long sleeve and it’s fine it is 22 inches across, 23 inches down, and 17 inch sleeves.
