magmaa @faithrlopez I am sorry but nothing about these boots reminds of the Frye craftsmanship and quality of the product. I don’t mean to offend you, but this is a cheap imitation. Frye does use only high quality genuine leather, and their shoes are never made in China. Secondly, the interior does not look what any Frye boot would look like; I am talking about the material used for the lining, the size/brand label, or serial no. etc.

faithrlopez @magmaa These are children’s and they are the exact same as the Frye boots sold by Journeys and Amazon. Both of which are also faux leather and made in China. I’ve been selling shoes for 6 years. I agree Frye’s craftsmanship is usually better but these are genuine and purchased from a major retailer.

magmaa @faithrlopez In addition, details such as the logo, outsoles, and harnesses only remotely remind of those seen on the Frye products, but do not measure up to the original work. If you purchased them at the ‘major retailer’ you have been conned. I’m sorry to deliver that news to you.

magmaa @faithrlopez It doesn’t matter these are for kids; this is a high-end and prestigious brand that does not grade or lower the quality of their products based on the age group of the consumers. They would never do it. Also, the details I am talking about are very important characteristics of the Frye products, and look uniformly across the board.

magmaa @faithrlopez I do not intend to argue with you; I simply wanted to make you aware that there are a lot of fake products on the market including on Amazon, even though Amazon is an authorized retailer and distributor for the Frye company. I have been conned in a similar way before so I thought I would kindly let you know since I am sure that whoever sold them to you took advantage of you.
