Black and white polkadot skirt with a ruffle trim. Great condition. Made from polyester but has a crêpe-like feel. Has a flat front with elastic in the back. Waist measurement is 19” across flat, plus a little stretch for the elastic. This is the skirt that matches a blouse I also have posted, but the skirt is a larger size. If you decide to buy the ensemble I’ll cut you a good deal. 😉💰
