Forever21 Belted Polka-Dot Romper

Classy black T-Shirt sleeve polka dot romper from Forever21! I get Reformation/Réalisation Par vibes from this one. **HOWEVER it has some missing buttons - see last photo** I love the look of this piece. It looks amazing with white sneakers or combat boots. On the fence about selling because it’s so cute, but it definitely needs some repair (aka sewing on some better-quality buttons that have come off). 🐝 versatile & comfy & works for multiple occasions.
