@michda1020 it was for me. If it was just a little bigger it would have fit me well but I'm built a bit wide almost like a linebacker (hahaha) so it was tight on the chest I'm a 36D/40C. Hope that helps! And it does come with a detachable belt, so at least you could add your own or use the one it comes with it if you didn't want it flowy.
