Flying Tomato Halter Dress Handkerchief Hem Size Small

This is a halter dress by Flying Tomato in a size Small. It is halter style with ties around the neck. It has a smocked panel at the back and a shark bite handkerchief hemline with two layers. There is a brocade band under the bust line. The colors are vibrant and the fabric is lightweight and flowery. Side seam from under arm to longest hem measures 36”. Worn once EUC!
