Brand new, took off the tags to try it on but realized it didn't work for me. It is a gorgeous top or dress, great for any occasion. The sleeves are ribbed and sheer, the rest of the dress is fully lined. Length 34" Sleeves 19" Shoulders 15" Bust 36"
