@artistsplug no I am a large extra large I do have a 2X but it wasn't from this country so I wanted to go smaller and work on it but it's okay I'm fine with who I am I'll never be a small that doesn't mean I'm not beautiful that's like trying to put my butt in a size 0 it will never work I might have happened when I was younger but at my age now I'm lucky can fit into a 28 or 30 and they better be stretchy because if not it won't fit either

@annebustamante hello, my apologies for the late response! I’m a size medium in shirts that are form fitting, so I use a medium waist trainer and have worked to the tightest adjustment . I would pick one true to size. You could go one size up or one size down if you wanted. One size down would likely be a bit too uncomfortable.

@drinkwatert6 hello! The measurement chart refers to measuring around your abdomen. Hips tend to be less reliable when measuring for waist trainers because they are wider than some abdomen’s depending on the body shape that you have. I would measure from your bellybutton around your back and back to your belly button to get the most accurate measurement possible. 😊

@ourmoma hello! The nude color goes around the in and outside material. It has strips going down every 3-5 inches depending on what size you wear, meant to grip skin. These strips are on the inside from top to bottom of height of trainer. 😊

@alexandria3 of course! I personally would not just because it typically fits true to size and the adjustable clamps will eventually work you down to a size smaller anyways so you don’t wanna work down to two sizes smaller it could constrain your stomach too much.

@k_novotny Hello! I do. I am more hourglass as well and these have rubber ribs inside that help keep it in place. I’ve never had any issues with it rolling up or down it’s pretty sturdy! (:
Also, I wash mine in the washer and hang dry them I’m not sure if that’s best for them but I never received cleaning instructions. I’ve washed mine about 25 times now and there is very minimal wearage but due to the metal ribs inside of it, you could hand wash it if you wanted!
