Cute skater skirt

Never worn! Bold black and ivory stripes, comfortable elastic waist and zipper in the back. Skirt has a lot of body, stiffer slightly ribbed fabric. Purchased on ModCloth a few years ago and I’ve never worn it. It looks really cute with a casual T-shirt tucked in, or a coloured tank top. I love it, just don’t seem to wear skirts much.
