naturalglamour @jsalerno15 Hello, thank you for inquiring about this beautiful skirt. It is brand new with tags, no stains/damage. We moved and I have not be able to unpack everything I have for sale on Poshmark, so unfortunately I do not have access to the skirt at this time to measure the waist. Fabric does not stretch, and it jas a zipper. I will post additional information as soon as I unpack the box the skirt is in. Sorry for the inconvenience

naturalglamour @jsalerno15 Hello, finally I unpacked the box containing this skirt! The waist size is 30" it is not elastic, has a zipper and length is 44" Design features a beautiful cascade of layeres ruffles with silver and gold metallic accents. Fully lined.
