This true vintage shirt is so amazing. I believe it is 1970s. It has the Made in USA Ladies Garment Union tag. The material looks sort of like silk but it is 100% Polyester. There actually is a hangtag on it however I do not know when this was added. It is handwritten with a number, color (Oldstone GreenPrint), and a price of $290) It buttons down the front yet has an elastic back (and cuffs). There are also shoulder pads.
