A fun, playful and spunky dress with red polka dots accented by multi-colored stripes (sash and underskirt). New with tags! Zipper closure, adjustable straps. There is a small weight in the front of the dress that helps the neckline drape. One strap shows a little fraying in the front, see the last picture, which doesn't appear to compromise the strap's integrity.
